Suppose to get $20 Spendable Kash for gifts not showing up for a Christmas order I placed
I ordered two of Wolfgang Puck’s wine openers as Christmas gifts. I got an email very close to the 25th saying the order could not be filled, which was awful, because I really needed those gifts. Got another email saying as an apology $20 would be added as Spendable Kash. Never saw it added and have been waiting. Please help. Thank you, I would really appreciate your help!

I’m sorry to hear about these orders. It looks like the Kash was only good for a month, so it had expired on the 20th. No need to worry though, I re-instated it for you. If you’re shopping online just sign out and then back in to see it there. 🙂
