Hi,  I’m hoping you can help. I bought this band when it first aired it (just the one band). I lost the charger and am desperate to find out how I can purchase a replaceable charger. I contacted Acer UK customer service via their Facebook page and they were not able to track down the name of the part for me (was the only customer support I could find online). I really want to start using the band again. 

Can you view your e mail and your social media post?

Can I shower and go swimming with it?

Stephanie, I usually walk with a cane or a walker. Previously I tried a SWIPER bracelet from HSN and it would not count steps. Any ideas on how to ensure this one count steps? Thanks ***

Great, thanks! I’m really hoping you can find something out. I was so used to wearing it around the clock class but  haven’t been able to use it because the battery is drained. 

Stephanie I am guying the Acer Smart bands for my kids who are into sports. They are always on the go and I am worried about them staying charged. Are their any good accessories you would reccomend as stocking stuffers?

Will this band fit on the upper arm or ankle for those that aren’t allowed to wear anything on the wrist for work reasons?
