Gift Card

Catmandu27, did you click the ‘redeem’ button and then see what it said?  Most people are getting 250 points instead of the $25 and that’s exactly what happened to me this morning, too.  I always go to HSN through the URL and I have deleted cookies since Christmas but it still didn’t make a difference.  It seems to make a difference for some and not others.  

I still don’t understand why HSN can’t put out new cookies that make the old cookies invalid after a certain date.  Sounds like a simple programming change to me.  But it’s up to us to scrub our cookies if we want to win.  I’m just not sure how often to do it and you don’t know you need to until you win and don’t get the prize.

There is a link somewhere that tells you how to do everything, Maybe the manager can move it up to here.  I need to write it down.  I always think I will remember or that I might not need it again (silly me).

I don’t see anything in my e-mail to click on to redeem, I don’t see it anywhere, it was for the Christmas gift card that has Adam Freeman on it asking did you get what you wanted for Christmas, I do the same with cookies and wish too that it was easier, maybe I’ll just call customer service and see if they can help, would be nice to get the gift card but if I get tickets I’ll use them in the arcade store, thank you for your help and have a great day!

HSN_Kyle, I didn’t win it on Spin To Win, I won it on here, it was the Adam Freeman question asking did you get what you wanted for Christmas.

so I talked to someone at HSN and was told I have to e-mail them at this addy….socialteam@hsn.com and request my prize, not being rude but that doesn’t make sense to me as all of my items I order goes through my e-mail with HSN, sorry I needed to vent but if this is the way it is it would have been nice to let me know, hope I get my gift card….
