eGift Card Process Needs To Meet the 21st Century

Nothing is more frustrating than trying to buy a HSN eCard. The system refused my payment even though every field was filled in correctly. When a purchase is FINALLY made it takes 2-3 days to deliver by email??? Insane, I gave up and went to QVC. Low and behold a PRINT option for my ecard. Five minutes later, the ecard was purchased (using the same form of payment I tried at HSN), printed and ready to go to the recipient. Wow – that is so high tech! EVERY online retail store offers a print option for eCards EXCEPT HSN. Get with the times HSN. Payment can be processed in the blink of an eye now. It doesn’t take 3 days to verify a credit card. Not all your customer are 80 year old grandma’s who watch your show for company 24/7. Some of us are tech savvy working adults who need a quick gift option.
