Hello and welcome to the Community. The E4 error indicates a Signal Switch Malfunction. Now, according to an internet search, this may be corrected by making sure the components inside the unit are dry. I don’t have access to the Product Manual Troubleshooting section but for more information, you can reach out to the manufacturer for their assist.
