I like Jewelry Television best for silver and you can’t beat their pearl prices.  You have to be able to stand their presentations, which are a little too gushy, and the women wear what I call ‘Tammy Faye’ makeup.  Won’t go any further with that.  Also, if you get something that is damaged and call before returning it, the CS person will make a note and they will refund your return shipping costs both directions.  If not, call afterwards and if the note is there, the CS person will do the refund.

Their gemstone shows can be very interesting and you learn alot about the different gems and treatments.

Their non-percious metal jewelry is not as nice as HSN but more affordable.  HSN reigns on design.  Nobody beats Heidi for design and the others are a close second, in my opinion.

I did purchase Technibond that I really like.  I ove rings and I actually purchase a lot of pieces from Michael V. on Evine (gems en vogue) I love his designs and his pieces are well made and you cannot beat his gem stones.
