What is going on with HSN Fashions????

Are they comfortable? And the review mentioned something about being slippery, what do think?

TACI,  I think a couple of the reviewers just aren’t used to breaking in smooth sole (leather).

The Jacilla are a steal but I have 2 pairs of tall riding boots.   I’ll let you know how the Twiggy boots are for comfort.   Have you gotten the Camuto fringe boots?  I bought them on clearance in gray and wine.  Love them!   Super comfortable and very high quality.   Don’t worry about the height of the heel, the walk more like a 2″ heel.   Do not size up on the fringe boots, they run very true to size.  I had to exchange my first order because I ordered 1/2 size up.

And Thanks for the info on he fringe VC boots.  You must be a mind reader because a 4 inch heel seemed too much for me ( even though I’m short).  I thought they looked adorable,  I will have to take another look but am pretty sure that I will be buying the Jacilla’s in brown if they have my size still in stock next week.  I will plan to size up the half size on those (not the fringe boots 🙂 ).

Taci, I had to return the Twiggy boots, the footbed is super comfortable but the opening  (ankle) was way to big for me and drove me nuts hitting the ankle area, even to wear with pants.  I didn’t think they were slippery (I walked on carpet without issues).  They are beautiful boots and a great color but my ankle, calf area is too thin.

Hi Velveteen, Sorry you had to retrun the Boots.  If the fit is off then its for the best.  You dont want to slip out or twist in a boot like that… I know HSN will have some else right?  

 I would get black if I were purchasing. I always buy black. I have 2 closets that are the same size – one is for black and the other for white and color. :smileylol:

That was the first color in my cart, then I went and changed it.

I LOVE black but was thinking it might be fun to get something bright and cheery.

The problem is it might not match any of my clothes.

 if you can’t get two maybe you should stick with the black.  It’s classic, goes with everything and you might regret it if you don’t.  It usually happens to me when I venture away from black.:smileyfrustrated:

I was looking at the Iman black lace dress and thinking it would match to the smooth black wrap if needed.

But the green would go great with my (on one side fur  and beige on the other reversable) vest that I bought a few years ago from Iman.

Most likely I will play it safe but there are a few more hours right?

Agree the metallics and jeans are fun and look great
