what happened to last shipment of orders?

I feel really bad for these customers every time I read one of these posts. I don’t get it HSN. It wasn’t the house or apartment that didn’t pay you. It was a person. Obviously you know that this customer isn’t the same as the customer who used to live at the house as they would have completely different names. Would really like an explanation as to why you put a block on people who, through no fault of their own, moved to a place where the previous redsident has an outstanding payment. You would block the customer who didn’t pay, regardless of where they move to.
I don’t understand how you can not contact a customer when the issue has been resolved. Some one at HSN should be able to. Very bad customer service and practice in my opinion.
