Thanks for reading and responding.  You reminded me of my local grocery-store chain.  If their register rings up the wrong price and you have to correct them, you get the item FREE.  They know mistakes are THEIR problem, NOT the customers’.  I am so glad your words reminded me of this respectful, honest business practice, compared to what I’ve experienced here.

I know I wrote a big comment but please reduce the size of the carry on so no one has a problem. Perhaps call it the Friendly Carry On Bag!

As far as the underseater, many women have asked for the regular telescoping handle instead of that single handle.

You will probably increase sales if you do these things.

Oh how I wish I could have bought the 5 piece carry on….and with the 25″ bag.

Perhaps bring on some lightweight hard cases in these magnificent colors with a smaller carry on with the bag that fits on it with the packing bag. I’ll be on line to buy this, too!

I would just love to purchase the 5piece set (carry on (21 1/2″ that is listed as 20″ but the description is different) and the 25″ which is 26″ but won’t be an issue.

I don’t like very large bags to check because they end up weighing too much so the 25″ which is 26″ will work. However, your carry on is not a carry on because it is too big. Why not make this a true 20″ and a smigen smaller so that no one will have an issue with this carry on!

I desperately need a new set and was so excited but I knew too well to check the comments and the descriptions of you TS and it says different measurements Choices are 20″ 25″ 28″  but if you look at the measurements, they do not match up. And the airlines will end up charging me.

So I am better off buying a set that may cost more money but will be less costly in the future.

Great idea but you need to fix the carry on!  Now That would be a realistic request.

Please fix this for everyone and you will truly be a problem solver for many of us.

My biggest challenge is to not pack so much!

used my New 28″ Basketweave expandable spinner for first time today to travel to Daytona Beach and my zipper was totally ripped apart, I mean the teeth of the zipper were stretched and broken in half! Repair shop says it can’t be repaired, now I have no suitcase to pack to go home!  

Wishing I did not have to do it at all.

I either over pack or under pack.  I always pack to many shoes!:womanfrustrated:

Dear Samantha, I remember seeing a small hand bag or something like it that if some one who may have to use insulin could carry their insulin in the bag and it would be able to keep it cold enough for travel or a short while any way. Are you going to bring this bag back or is there a way that one could order it now ?  Thank You !

I don’t think Samantha’s stmt is accurate abt her small piece fitting as a carry-on. I fly Allegiant direct to FL several times and they have the SMALLEST BINS I’ve ever seen on a flight.
If only her piece was 1″ less wide. Perfect.
I ordered today’s special in purple because I needed a new set. I am going to Chicago in June. Not Allegiant.

I figured it out! give my old set to my niece and my sister and order the new set. Hoarding issues averted.

I’m a fairly organized packer, I make a packing list of EVERYTHING down to a toothbrush.   I try to have only carry-on and the biggest challenge are dresses, blazers wrinkling and heels take up so much room but are a necessity.   I don’t leave home without electric rollers which are incredibly bulky too.  I don’t care about weight but getting everything to fit into 2 bags is a challenge.   I miss the 90’s when checking bags was a breeze!
