Couldn’t agree with you more LoriW57, if Iman is not ready to accept her customers condolences then stay off the air.  Why is HSN taking calls when they know people are probably going to say they are sorry for her loss.  It was disgraceful the way that poor lady was cut off, especially as she had also lost her husband recently.

Well said, LoriW57. Disconnecting the calls made me extremely uncomfortable. A thank you and subject change would have been more appropriate. 

I picked up pilllowcases from Walmart that fit on Joy’s pillows. They’re 21" wide, rather than the usual 20", and 500 TC Egyptian cotton. Only $14.88 for a pair. Before I found them, I made one out of a 4X Hanes t-shirt.
