The only Curtis Stone deeper fry pans I see are 493-785 which are a little over 2 1/2 ” deep. 

Saw you make a greek salad, but you added olives.  That is not a true basic GREEK SALAD.  A true basic Greek Salad is made with sliced cucumber; red onion; tomato; spices of oregano, garlic,& salt;and feta cheese. Dresswing of olive oil and squirt of lemon juice.  The olives or anything else is a higher end salad or Americanized.  Spent 19 months in Athens while in the service.  First tasted Feta cheese thought I was going to nicely lose it, but to aquire tasted took a bite cucumber with Feta.  Of course olive oil is the last thing to be applied to most foods- poured over turkeys just prior to serving, over calzones just before serving, etc.

the larger pan is pretty deep but both are nice pans, however they are not 14 inch pans.  

I do prefer Stainless Steel cookware, but Curtis Stone duapans are very well made.  They have performed well and held up nicely.

Does anyone own his convection oven?
