Hi, ?, no my problem has not been resolved. As i mentioned in one of my posts, I have given up on that.

Other than the two who responded on this thread, I haven’t even heard from anyone. I think I am not one of their favorite people since neither one responded to the post that said “I give up”. LOL  I don’t blame them. As I said in my post, I believe they did all they could by passing on that I had a problem. I appreciated that they did that on my behalf.

Maybe one day I will try to resubscribe and see if I have any better luck. Maybe. Until then, it is what it is.
