Too bad that if anyone has something good to say about this mop, just like Joy and insturctions, DOESN’T TELL ANYONE THAT YOU TURN ONLY, ONLY, ONLY, THE 1 INCH PORTIONS THAT SAYS ‘UNLOCK’. Since they hype was just to sell product, not make customers happy, this mop is a flop. Too hard to figure out unless you have Joy in your home to instantly show you or replace due to design flaws.

Maybe Bill is ready to go off air and be the educator. Maybe Bill is getting a raise!

I really hope that’s not the case.  I was somewhat surprised when he started choking up, but who knows.  I just think the world of him, and hope he’s moving up like he deserves to be.  He could sell ice to people who live in snow.

My brother-in-law’s supervisor got “a promotion”…and a raise….6 months later he was get go..because his “promotion” was a duplicated position..after 2 departments merged!

At age 50..it’s hard to find a job..He has been searching for 9 months!
