Kim–that’s not true–I am signed up and GET NOTHING!!

Hi Kim. I am signed up and rarely ever get anything other than emails about the daily special. I love HSN and would make purchases more often if there were more coupons available.

Candace, I believe she was referring to what Kim said about signing up for the email blasts, which would include coupons, not just the one coupon for new customers. I can attest to getting some coupons here and there when I receive the emails…but very few. I do have to do internet searches for them…or look on here when a user posts them as well.

Candace, thanks for that, actually. I didn’t know you could get them also in a text alert. I’m gonna sign up for that right now.

I’ve been a HSN customer for years and I’ve never received any Coupons! ! Yesterday, I purchased my favorite Korres White Grape Body Butter!!!

In response to Manager Candance Wednesday Post below regarding searching the internet…Why must we search internet for HSN coupons, why can’t they be posted somewhere on your site?   If you want more sales by us using coupons, why not make them easily available for us.  Why must we search so hard, wasting time searching for a few dollars off, in order to shop with you? 

Those of us on a monthly imited income would certainly buy more if we had coupons now and then that were readily availabe to us.

I have booths at a vendor mall.

I normally don’t give discounts, because I have narrow profit margins.

But if I have a frequent customer, or someone buying a lot at once, I may give them a discount. (Which would be like a coupon.)

This is exctly why hsn is loosing my business. i went shopping today and a lot of stores had 40-50% off the entire purchase. 

I signed up for all the emails and only got the new customers coupons. I’m tired of spending 100 to 300 and not getting any discount codes. I’m going back to JCP.

Yes I guess you’re correct, I don’t have any of those accounts. I don’t think you can compare an actual beach ball to a paper one, it’s ridiculous.
