I know, isn’t it a pain. The coupon issue irks me so bad ??????. I’m just gonna b shopping LESS.

This is excatly why I have been spending more time shopping at E.

When the Anuschka show was on, they sent me a coupon.

I have received another coupon from E today.

Also,I am able to use their coupons on their clearance items.

I have learned that if I am not a select HSN customer, it is okay. Most all of HSN coupons are only good at full retail value. I would rather get a great deal on clerance without a coupon vs getting a coupon and paying full price.  

Well guess what? QVC is having Easy Does It Day tomorrow. I guess I’ll take my money there.

It is getting discouraging. I love getting a coupon because it offsets the shipping cost and tax. I still don’t understand how a business concern that is 100% mail order with NO brick and mortar alternative can charge shipping/handling in addition to the price since everything MUST be shipped. Many of my HSN shopper friends are doing more shopping with “E”. I hope HSN is aware of this growing popularity. I do wish HSN offered a once a year charge for a priority status that offered special deals/free shipping on most such as Amazon offers in their PRIME program.

Different people get different coupons.  I have some nice coupons for June and one can even be used for electronics!  I don’t think we are allowed to share these coupons though as they state that they are for selected customers.  I am sure that there are members that have much better coupons than I do.  I don’t know how they decide who gets which coupons.

Chopped liver comes to mind…

      I just will not pay retail …. not here or anywhere outside of groceries .  I always check sales  at the grocery stores  before shopping . Of course  milk , bread  are not always  on sale — so I pay retail.

I know most of us have been denied coupons lately. I always recommended CHAT but had a bad experience the other day. I was told by 2 reps that they would not register a coupon bc I was not SELECT customer. TODAY, CHAT REP KATHERINE ASSISTED ME W THE SAME COUPON INSTANTLY. So my point is, it really depends on who u talk to. The rules aren’t set in stone, and they have the ability to accommodate or refuse u. Keep trying!

I have not personally received a coupon in a long time and ,like most others, am excluded from those listed on this site most of the time. However, I get lucky every once in a while so it is always worth a try.

I wonder if the HSN marketing team received my complaint regarding coupons…they prob don’t give a rat’s behind, but if more ppl ask CS to pass along their coupon complaints, maybe we could get somewhere…

ME: Please let your marketing team know that the restricted coupon policy is creating a lot of problems in the HSN Community and in my household. Almost every member in my family has an HSN acct, but not everyone receives coupons. The non-transferable select customer coupons make the unselected family members feel left out. Also, the lack of coupons available to existing customers makes me question my loyalty. Other companies offer many more coupons, as well as free shipping programs.
