Yes, I agree with you. What is Andrew going to do with all the returns he gets. He can’t sell them. Customer Service should refund around half of what we paid, and then it would be alright to have a little problem opening them after they harden again. I got 3 bottles, and I am waiting for the return label in the mail, so I can return them. And as they are returning they will melt again. How lovely!!!!
