SHIPPING TIME

 Hi, I understand & respect your frustration, I would like to explain some things about shipping to you if you are open to recieving the information. I have several relatives who work for UPS as drivers.

UPS does not deliberately drop off packages- Surepost to the post offices. If there are not a lot of deliveries on your street or road it is not cost efficient for UPS to run their package cars to that area so that is when they will drop the packages to the post offices and you will recieve your packages a day later. It is nothing at all intentional. This time of year especially, the package cars are loaded to the brim with packages & if nothing is to come on a persons street or if there are only 2 or 3  packages then they will drop them off at the local post office, it is not at all to be disrespectful to you as a customer or to make you feel less valued.

A lot of days these drivers work from 8 am to 9:30 pm to get all their packages delivered, I know you are thinking, well that is their job. I just wanted to take the time to explain the process to you in a respectful & truthful manner as again, I have several relatives that are drivers that have been in the business 10-20 years & I speak to them regularly & I chat with them about the business. I wanted to explain it to you in a respectful manner & not have you feel put down or disrespected. Just to let you know, I do not work for HSN or UPS. I am just a long time customer & relative of UPS drivers & wanted you to know that you are heard & I understand your frustration but wanted to take my time to explain the process to you, I hope this helps & I personally wish you a very Happy Holiday 🙂

  Got MIL a Bronco set of small a year or so ago and it fit perfectly…she is a very small and short woman.

  Got the Bronco set for hubby yesterday.  He has recently lost weight so am getting him the XL…he used to be XXL but is now 5’7″ and 180 lbs.

 MIL said they wash great.

  ALso am glad that they have the charcoal instead of the white.  MIL may be able to keep white clean but my husband would not be able to LOL.

I was interested in these until I saw the short sleeve t-shirt has the 2016 schedule.  I want to wear BOTH shirts for more than one season.  I can’t see myself in 2018, wearing a shirt with the 2016 schedule on it.  HSN should have just left it blank.

•  I am jumping up and down with joy, they had my Colts in five XL so freaking awesome.  Go Colts. Order mine on Friday. Early shopper.

Now that’s the kind of information I expect to see on products in the forum.  That information was extremely helpful.  Everything I would ask before buying – do they shrink when washed?  Are they true to size?  Do the letters wear off?  Thanks for handling that like a PRO.
