 The guidelines and rules for any coupon  should either be enforce fairly or not enforced to all. Sure those that get to use them regardless of the printed rules  are happy but what about those that cannot use them ?

It is fustrating  and only CUSTOMER SERVICE can correct it .

IamShortDiva I can understand rewarding customers.For example I see some post they buy thousands of dollars here…They should be rewarded with codes sent to their private emails,or why not just add the offer to their account,etc.Because they are good customers and any company needs those good customers to stay in business..Just from reading posts it doen’t seem like they get many codes either.

On the flip side many people are strugging in todays economy and a coupon is very important to them because they need to save every way they can..These type coupons should be released to everyone and there should not be so many stipulations that one has trouble just finding something for it to apply to.I like the sites that have a code and directly under the code state clearly what it does NOT apply to and if it gets shared they don’t seem to care..Those are the sites I spend my dollars on..

Dynac    That is what I do ,if coupons  that were intented for selected customers are posted.  If I read others say they used them or say I get all of activated to their account  , I just stop buying anything on sale … I only buy TS or clearance . 

It is vey fustrating  that the coupon rules are not  enforced fairly.   That is CS  fault , they should be told the rules , guidelines  and make sure . that ALL HSN customers would be held to the same coupon rules .

I absolutely will not buy anything other than  TS or clearance as long as things stay as they are .

HSN has posted coupons on my HSN Homepage that weren’t applied to my acct! That’s wrong, in my opinion.
