Thanks Taci. I don’t have a regular sleep schedule. I know that you are correct. I am going to make a real effort to follow a sleep schedule.

Well maybe that is ‘easy’ for me to say… Since I have always worked early,  this is a normal thing for me.

My body will slowly start to unwide and I feel it happening.

Of course, then my teenager wants a ride or pick up somewhere. lol.
