purse with a flap to tuck in the waistline

I hope somone can help me. Several months ago, I saw a small purse with a flap in the back that tucks in your waistline to leave you hands free. It is similiar to a fanny pack, but has a flap instead of a belt. Does anyone know what I am talking about? I wish I would have ordered it right away, but I didn’t. Thanks for your help!

. Hi Debra K. Are you certain this item was on HSN? I ask because there is exactly what you are describing on QVC. Search Lori Greiner products and you’ll find it.
