They’ve been cracking down on the message boards in general too. Earlier this week I was flipping through and saw that that Deb lady was on selling one of Joy’s pillows with a “free” pillowcase for $59.95…so I looked to see if a set of two with a travel pillow I got for $39.95 was still available and made a post in the HSN TV category and told people they could get that set and a pack of pillowcases for the same price as the one pillow and “free” single pillowcase. They deleted that post…so I made it again and it was deleted. The final time I made it in this category, and notated that HSN had deleted it, and it seemed to stay.

I know most of us have been denied coupons lately. I always recommended CHAT but had a bad experience the other day. I was told by 2 reps that they would not register a coupon bc I was not SELECT customer. TODAY, CHAT REP KATHERINE ASSISTED ME W THE SAME COUPON INSTANTLY. So my point is, it really depends on who u talk to. The rules aren’t set in stone, and they have the ability to accommodate or refuse u. Keep trying!

So the WE coupons were only for new customers?    Goodness . 

Somebody changed the rules all at once . There was absolutely NO mention of NEW CUSTOMERS  on the rules.

Of course any business can decide whether to accept or refuse  any coupon .:smileymad:

          And when I signed up for email alerts a while ago and never got my 15% but HSN has been heavily

Why can’t my boyfriend use the $10 beauty coupon on his own hsn acct to buy me that M. ASAM? Two chat reps told him he wasn’t SELECTED. 

Coupons please

Hi everyone.  I know this might sound like a stupid question.  Where is the chat button? Or do y’all mean calling them on the phone.  I am a vip member and I thought we got points and gift cards, has any other vip received anything?  Thank you for the education.

For anyone who may not have used Chat, it is the fastest, most helpful way to get coupons to work.

Go to CHAT under My Account on HSN’s Full Site. Kindly ask the CSR to register the coupon codes to your account. If u prefer, check the box that sends an email of the transcript to u.

I have already contacted Customer Service about my thoughts on “customer specific” coupons. The marketing team is responsible for such decisions, and my concern is being passed on to them.

HSN, coupons make me shop MORE! ??????????
