So if u didn’t read my coupon tips, they r being deleted by staff, and I cannot help members skirt the system any longer.

Select Customer???? Just who is a Select Customer and how do you get to be one! I’ve been shopping with HSN since they have been in business and would probably have a heart attack if I knew how many thousands of dollars I’ve spent over the years. Probably like many of you I have done online shopping with countless retailers. Just supplying them with my email, I get coupons ALL THE TIME! And these are all brick and mortar companies that have large overheads. How can they give out coupon – and I mean coupons – 30% off entire orders – no hidden anything – doesn’t matter if they are off the clearance – beauty – household – doesn’t matter. 30% off the entire order – just not the tax if there is tax. Many of these companies don’t charge me tax. Why does HSN charge tax when I don’t live in Florida???? And HSN’s shipping is no longer a nominal cost – they have been raising shipping fees a little at a time for quite a while. And then there is the issue – when I used to make a purchase it was at my doorstep in 3 or 4 days. Now I start receiving Emails it’s on it’s way in 3 or 4 days and it’s on my doorstep in a week or even 2. Funny how they can guarantee delivery so quickly around the holidays! And then I have to wonder why so many people have just left HSN. Perhaps a coincidence but still another thing to ponder. I like several other people that have responded here don’t just pick up the phone and order anymore. I check Amazon – I check manufacturer. I Google. Late night TV has many of your guests on HSN selling their products for much less than they do on HSN. So if HSN is really reading what we the customers are thinking and doing – is it really worth your arrogance regarding coupons or the lack there of to lose a sale – or better yet a customer?????? At your meeting you should put a pile of these complaints in the middle of the table and someone should read them. All of your management can’t be that ignorant as to the importance of treating your customers with respect and giving them continuous reasons to keep shopping with you. It shouldn’t be people like Kemi and the others to spend countless hours finding coupons for us and then YOU TAKE THEM DOWN! Shame on you for doing that. When you take those coupon codes down you might as well be slapping us and saying – you aren’t good enough to get a rotten $5.00 off your next purchase. On last note your Manager that wrote to check your “Deals” page. You have countless pages of left overs or discontinued products that take forever to go through and if you are lucky – maybe there will be one thing left in my size. If I go to the store – my size is all together on the rack. I don’t have to go one item on a time and then click on it to find out that chances are my size is not available. This also is not very helpful. Sure we get a good deal there once in a while – but do you ever stop and think how long it takes your customers to travel down the “Deals”? I usually get so frustrated after the first 10 pages or so I just march myself out of the “Deal” page. My advice to you – be nice to your customers and they will be nice to you. Stop putting items on your show that don’t work – or hype them up to the point of being ridiculous. None of your products are going to make a 60 year old look 30. You can be honest about what a reasonable person can expect from a product. And that goes for everything – not just beauty.

It is really sad that it took me asking to close my account and filing a report for the coupon posting rules to go back to the way they used to be.

I’m starting to wonder if all the coupons are becoming
far and few because HSN is holding all these contests,
with gift cards and prizes? They do giveaway a lot.
Maybe it’s taking the place of coupons???

Kemiqueen I got :heart: for you! You are like me, when you believe in something you stand up for it and never back down. I believe that is why I am here 6 years after an original stage 3 breast cancer diagnoses lymph nodes positive and end of 2015 a recurrence and even went to uterus/ovaries.. I am still fighting but I am still here.. I’ve said since day 1..Cancer you will not win! and anything it or it’s treatment takes from me, I will take it back!!!! I don’t think I would be here right now typing if not for that attitude and the Grace of God….. Well, I thought you got heard too as codes aren’t being revised etc! But no they obviously called a management meeting and come up with a game plan as I have tried to make purchases enter codes and they are all invalid… I would love to know from HSN who is the “elite” customers and why!!! I have been doing business with them for over 5 years! Oh and by the way the only coupon I ever got in the mail or with a order was ONE and it was the new customer Ka$h coupon code they send with your purchase. Now what got me was a friend ordered some of the Joy hangers because they loved mine..now I had been a customer for a while spending a lot and no more coupons well when my friend placed his order he got his customer appreciation coupon and I was pissed! I said oh you get an appreciation one and I’m the one returning time after time giving them my business and money even turned a friend over to them and he gave me his coupon for $5.00 he said I deserved it more how could they do that to me? I tried to apply it and it didn’t work; I call HSN and they said that is for 1st time customers only and he gave it to me because I referred him and I spend more money than him, they refused to give to me…that coupon went to waste, he til this day has never bought anything else from HSN!!!!!! So we know 1st time customer are well not so much appreciated because we all know you never get that coupon Ka$h but 1 time! Basically the 1st time customers are just being lured to buy something else and spend more money while having “con” artist tatic that they are appreciated customer! Really??? Who are they? The HSN card holders!!!!! Why? What is the difference if we buy our purchase with paypal, debit, credit card or HSN card holder regardless the payment method HSN stills gets the same amount from the purchase, right? Oh maybe not, maybe they make less because they are the special ones having the coupon codes go through!!!!!! I am about ready to find out where I can get the things that I buy from HSN else where like Ebay, Amazon, etc and spend my money shopping on TV with QVC, Jewelry Television and the Liquidation Channel!!!!!!!! I will be d**n if I continue to give my money to a retailer that is going to give special coupons to certain customers!!! It discriminates against us customers who aren’t meeting some kind of requirement!!!!!!!! I can get Carol’s Daughter shampoos etc from her website with specials all the time and Signature A and even DG2 jeans off of E-bay!!!! I just don’t see HSN really giving a —-!!!!!!!

So the coupons still stand at select customers? Does this mean the codes may not work for me? I guess one way to find out is to use them and see.

Any coupon code can be posted going forward! I appreciate u hearing my voice to some degree. We deserve the joy of sharing coupons on a community for shoppers who love HSN. :heart:
As u may know, I called HSN to get clarification and was told that a customer is welcome to ask for assistance w any coupon code and that it is not a crime to share them.
This does not change the major issue of coupon discrimination, but this is progress!

This post is very informative. However, posts complaining about coupons that don’t work and selected customers will continue. So nothing’s really changed except any code can be posted which is the way it was before codes started being removed.
