Material Used In Tops
I saw that somebody started a conversation about the material Slinky uses in her tops. I don’t like material that clings to my body. What should I look for when purchasing tops? Who is consistant in using non-clingy material? Unfortunately, clingy material doesn’t cling to my curves but my fat rolls and unmentionables I’d rather camouflage.
The models don’t usually show this clinginess that I run into when I am purchasing what they are wearing. That’s probably because they are firm and don’t have the body junk I have 🙂

pammy I have taken to wearing Rhonda Sheer cotton tank bras under many of my tops. They smooth things out. I go up a size in her cotton stuff.
Also I love Marla’s tops as they are cut not to hug the mid section.

Pamlou this is another good option. This is the secret to wearing most tops no matter the fabric.

I would stay away from tops that are made of rayon and model. I find these fabrics cling and just donn’t hang or drape well. I also agree with mooncat about camisoles to make tops looking better. It like Yummie camis and tanks, they aren’t hot in the summer.
