Don’t let the bad attitude of one customer service rep cloud your judgment. Usually HSN reps are very understanding and willing to rectify the situation. Were any of these items today’s specials or one day offers? Sometimes that will disqualify the coupon. Now your coupon clearly states 11/24 -12/24, so those dates should be honored!
Hopefully you’ll get this matter resolved to your satisfaction and one of the mods will rectify it. Good luck and don’t lose hope in HSN. Sometimes these things happen. 🙂

I used that coupon code on 2 different orders this morning for 4 different items and it worked fine for me!

I believe that the pricing today is already discounted 25% without the need to apply the coupon.

harpdurp I experienced the same problem,I tried 3 times the code would not work. I called customer service and they took my order and used the 25% off. Give it a try.

This coupon was given to those that ordered in October . It should be honored!
In April coupons that HSN was giving to everyone ( nothing to do with buying Andrews products ) could be used on Andrews products that were on sale sooooooo why would a coupon that came with a purchase NOT ?
That was the upsale coupon for buying Andrew Lessman in October and get a 25% coupon to use on more Andrew Lessman Nov 24 th – Dec 24th 2016.
It should be fixed so everyone does NOT have to call CS . But as Yoda would say … call I will!
HSN just do the right thing honor the coupon for the dates stated on the coupon , do not change what was promised .

I agree, I don’t want to call to use the coupon. I shop online so I don’t have to make a call.
I don’t really need anything. I have about 10 of his products right now, and enough of them to last a year. But I had been planning to use the coupon this weekend on a non-TSV just to try something new.

The Andrew Lessman coupon is currently not available this weekend and will become avaliable again on December 6. The reason for this is due to us putting Andrew’s items on special pricing. The special pricing will take place of the coupon over the weekend and then the coupon will be valid again on the 6th. We apologize for any frustration this may have caused!

This is more than despicable! I have been a customer of Andrew’s for years and have spent thousands of dollars here on HSN. Well if my coupon is not going to be honored today or during this visit then I will shop elsewhere. I have listened to many health summits over the past few months and have purchased far superior products from many alternative doctors. All gluten free, fill free and pure. I guess I will save my almost $200 that I was going to spend tonight for better products from different companies. It’s a shame that greed is becoming rampant in too many companies and manufacturers. Yes, Andrew you have great products, but so do many, many others, would have relented if I got my 25% off as promised, but not without it. HSN, where is your intergrity????

Well…….I am not happy either!!!! Just spent A Lot of money on Andrew’s vitamins also and get to checkout with my coupon and I got the same old thing saying this isn’t valid. I thought it was just another screw up by HSN where you have to call them for the coupon. I was very wrong and the guy I spoke with was rude which I’ve never had a rude Rep from HSN. I did think the coupon was very generous as it said for more than ONE item. HOW ABOUT GIVE US ONE STUPID ITEM FOR 25 % OFF THEN HSN??? Now I need a free liver product for this stress, :womanmad:

I may cancel my order and order from Amazon or his website. This isn’t about the money. I am fed up with HSN hiding behind their mistakes and not letting their customers know the truth. UGH!!! Also, they messed up my community rank and it says I’m a new friend. They made a mess out of my account after my adult son became a customer. Geez….can’t handle TWO accounts in one household???

You or the folks that make price decisions are really making bad decisions .
Your loyal customers like myself of over 30 years feel hurt and confuse .
Andrew items are always a few dollars less during his occasional visits .
Why back out of a coupon that you offer a few times a year with purchase ?I could not sleep at night knowing how I treated my loyal customers that purchase very expensive supplements even with many on a fix income . I recall several seniors on a fix income begging for a lower price in reviews , now you take the small discount after purchase ?
I have said many times how much I love HSN , But you are going about things in the wrong direction . I plan to purchase the BREAST HEALTH and a few other items that’s never offer at a TS price by the way with all of the ladies you have as customers . Now I need to really think about my purchase for the first time . Please offer a Apology or reconsider . TIA . One of your biggest supporters for many years . JMO
PS. I made my post without malice or with the intention of using a coupon . I can’t locate my discount from Andrew last visit .:heart:
