Kudos to Sarah at HSN Cust Ser
I AM BACK, picture and all . Happy happy happy ! A very nice HSN lady apparently saw my complaint about not being able to use my original name and my account mess up. She sent me a private email telling me she would fix it and she did . Kudos to Sarah at HSN for great customer service and reaching out to me! I just could not get used to my new name. This is great and they really do listen to us .???? #Sassygranny

love posts like these! So many times customer service is really great … it’s how we approach and our attitude. Who wants to help someone yelling at them? I was in customer service for over 25 years andi know what it’s like to be on the other end, so I appreciate customer service reps – especially the ones sincerecly helping you. 🙂
