JOY AND IMAN LEATHER BAG

I just started using this handbag. I was wanting the strap a little longer. If anyone has attempted this, please tell me how to do it. Thanks.

The bag is how they decribed it. The zippers work and there are lots of pockets and organizational spots. Does look like it will hold much more than one would expect.

My major concern is that the lining is not attached on either side down at the bottom so there is opening on each side. This means that anything small and loose in the largest space on either side could literally slide out of the bag when it is open.  The zipper closure does close it off. But I do not think I want to be worried that I could loose something small. Such a small thing but not something I want to live with.

Also, the satany lining is very thin so I doubt it will hold up over time. I really use my bags and this one requires that you put lots of stuff in side pockets so it is not something I will want to change out very often.

Finally, you have to unzip all 3 sides of each zipper to open each side. You can not unzip halfway and stick your hand in to get out say a gloss. SO that will be a whole lot of zippering and unzippering. You have to zipper it up..can not leave it open. Would have been a whole lot better if the design was just with a zip across the top.This would drive me crazy. The design is as if you should not need to open it often….really? For me, bags have to look good but be functional.

I’m delighted for you that you are happy with the bag, that’s great.  I don’t see any reviews on it yet, maybe you could write one so that when it’s back in stock people will know all about it.  I always check the reviews before I buy, that’s why I stay away from J+I bags completely.  Been burned too many times.
