Hello , I’m sorry for the malfunction. I’ve reported to the IT Team that you are not able to upload your profile. In the mean time, please try this: delete cookies and cache and be sure you have the latest Adobe Flash installed. Then load HSN from the URL and not from a favorite or bookmark. This will load the latest site updates. Sign into your HSN account and upload a photo, be sure to Share and Save. We will get it approved asap. Once approved, sign out and back into HSN. It should load but IT will look into it if not.
