Hi Ryan,  You are ever so kind to respond!  I purchased the ear climbers and they do not stay up on the ear and well, look kind of silly when hanging down because the back is about as wide as the beads.  I never ordered earrings like this and was surprised I just can’t get them to stay up for long.  Do you know if it was due to the design to go either way or perhaps the shape of my earlobe…I will not be offended if that is the case.

Thank you, Kim.  I will check again.  Does it have a post office box number or street address or just a town.  I think perhaps that is what confused me when I looked, it did not appear to be a label.

So with a spoiler alert I could write something to you like perhaps my earlobes are too short (smile) and others wouldn’t see what I wrote?
