I did try calling customer service and the person who answered was not helpful at all and told me the coupon could only be used if the 100 was on only one item. But that is not what the coupon says that came on my statement or in my email. 
And it applied and showed the credit when I entered the code. It just went away after I processed it all the way. 

Also what info will you need when I send you the PM?

I had the same problem. I tried using the coupon twice. Both times it said the coupon was applied and subtracted the amount off of the order. When the order processed fully, the discount was gone. I went back and cancelled everything I had just ordered. Very disappointing.
