‘CONTINUE CHECKOUT’ DROP DOWN

This is really getting out of control HSN.  Now the drop down is popping up all over including when you sign in but now says ‘CONTINUE CHECKOUT’.  I am more than inconvenienced and annoyed that you don’t think we know where the Shopping Bag is or how to Checkout.   Please try to give us some credit and delete these very offensive drop downs.  Thank you so much..
