Yeah, I would agree, it’s just a glitch, got the same info and called Cust. Svc… a rep who had experienced the Gemini debacle also looked into this one and said give it a few days to get caught up with the rest of the system as she felt the Nov. date was just an auto response to hold the order for the next step, she also mentioned it could be because a CC system still has pending instead of approved… but she felt sure the AG items were in stock and would ship as promised. She told me she’d be very surprised if any Auto Ship from AG would be backordered to this degree as well. I’m willing to wait and see.
Once again, we gotta have a little patience, pretty sure it’ll pay off as it did for the Craft Day orders.

I spoke to a customer service rep. at HSN today and he said that they are back ordered, but most likely will come any time… not so late as November.
If they are late, I’d rather wait and have them be right than get them with a defect or something wrong. I don’t know if that is the case, but just saying – better late and good quality than never.

I received the Festooned Frames Cut & Emboss Dies yesterday. I am trying to figure out if I received them all . I received three and the picture with the embossing mat shows four. Do you happen to know if three or four should be coming? I haven’t found a picture yet online showing me how many. I am not counting the smaller dies that comes inside each one.

bluewater65…I rec’d mine on the 29th, your pkg should have 4 large dies with 1 rubber mat. Last craft day I rec’d 2 of the 5 dies that were supposed to be in the package, so if you only rec’d 3 large dies, you’re missing one, and would need to send it back for replacement asap.
As for the backorder date, 11/21, was as previously suspected a computer glitch, just talked with CS today because I rec’d another email notice of shipping on 8/1… when tracking info here on HSN had delivered 7/29???!!!
She checked with a supervisor, and the shipping dept. is just getting caught up with their paperwork is what she told me.
I was worried I was being billed twice and/or shipped twice, which I didn’t need.
So if others get a similar email, the reason is shipping is catching up on the paperwork side. :womanwink:
