, thanks for your efforts with posting coupons. I was NOT able to use this and a chat Rep said it was for new customers only. I dont see where it says that and let the Rep know this information.

Coupons that begin with WExxxxxxxx are welcome coupons for new customers only.

It seems to be hit or miss with the WE coupons, I have gotten a few to work over last 6 months but the WE is for welcome according to customer service.
