Wish HSN would have more Tracfones with AT & T GSM service with 16 mg. internal memory

I live in Southern VT and it seems that AT & T (GSM) comes in better here than (CDMA) Verizon/Sprint. It would be really nice if the Tracfones would have a larger internal memory – like 16 mb. The reason being is with the Pop Icon Alcatel – has only a 4 mb memory and 2 mg of the memory were taken up by Google products that were loaded on the phone – you can not delete them or move to to a SD memory card 🙁 Being a certain age – I could care less about alot of the google products like hangouts and game playing –

So therefore would be great if the consumer would have phones with a larger internal memory if Google insists on loading up the phones with all of their products that are very memory intensive…

I hope HSN reads this.The Pop Icon Alcatel is a nice phone, but it lacks sorely in the internal memory.

I love my Alcatel Pop phone and hope to get one for my husband when another TS comes around. I’d love to see a 16 mb memory too. We seem to be in a real drop zone where we live so I’m just thankful the wi-fi works so well on this phone. I use it exclusively when I’m home and it have saved me tons of minutes. :smileyhappy:

I like our Alcatel phone also, though with the small internal memory doesn’t take long for for phone to indicate running out of memory – that’s because of all the Google pre-installed programs that are memory intensive.

I like the size of the phone, the layout and using it on Wi-Fi – but could be a great phone with a few enhancements 🙂

I totally agree with all you’ve posted! I trust that HSN listens and does some restructuring on the phone. The limited memory is a real draw back. :womanhappy:

tracfone doesnt’ sell any phones w that much internal memory..

The only way to get that is to bring your own phone to them.. The most any of the tracfones have either att or Verizon is 8 gigs… Remember the phones they sell are the bottom level of smart phones, that is why they are priced as they are…..

. If you want more internal memory, then you need ot get one outside of tracfone and get tracfones sim card.. and activate it that way.
