visual land elite 8′ virus protection ,can you get it free

I have the Visual Land Prestige Elite 9Q.  The wife put viper on the lap top and we have had no problems with viruses.  The only problem I did have was spam.  Entered a contest on PCH and spam started.  Had to change my email address and start over.  No more contests for me and very little spam.  They sell your address to everybody.  The wife even had a porn invite.  Glad it wasn’t me or I would still processing my innocence…..Ronnie

There are lots of FREE antivirus in the Google Play Store.  They are all just as good as any pay version is also.

Do Androids get viruses? I’ve never know it to happen.  Myself and so many others have owned many tablets and never had virus protection. Were we just lucky?

Also, Windows 10 is sort of  ‘maintained’  by Microsoft. I have Vipre and I like it, but is virus protection needed?

Yes, there is free virus protection for tablets. If you have a laptop/desktop and you are using software for protection, that company will usually have virus protection for the tablet at no extra cost. Another way is to do a search on line for virus protection for tablet. There are many choices out there. Hope this helps.

BB–what do you think of the turmeric?  That is one I’ve been wanting to buy for myself as well as an elderly relative with arthritis.  I came so close to buying the spice the other day!  I love soup too.  Dr. Oz had some recipes on the other day you might like!

I saw your post on Cinnamon—yes and that was great. You should have seen me discover Tumeric- I cooked a soup and never using Tumeric kind of put wayyyy to much in–I still taste it- lol

I have read that the cinnamon does help lower blood sugar.  If you read my reviews, I have a positive one posted for it!

Thanks ahhhhhhhh.  That’s the post I saw.  It tells me she takes Reserveratol and the EGCG with pomegranate as well as the Essential 1.  What I’m not sure about is whether those are all she’s taking to get those results.  It doesn’t seem to me that those would be responsible for lowering cholesterol or sugar, both of which I’m concerned about.  I’ve started takiing the cinnamon in the hopes it will help with sugar.  Since these things all interact, I’d like to know th full combination.  Obviously I can’t start with everything at one time–I don’t think my budget would handle it very well.

I appreciate your help and I’m sorry I took offense.  (FYI The post that really came across as yelling was when you repeated in big letters that I could search for it.)

That is what I found (I read read read all about A.L. so I chimed in).  Now if that is exactly what you’re looking for I don’t know.  Notice I didn’t use any pretty colors or big fonts.

Typing in huge letters or in all caps –especially with color– is customarily used to yell on the internet.  It comes across as yelling.

I appreciate your attempt to help, but if you read my original post, you’ll see that I saw where she posted about the good results she got; so unless you know of a different post than that one, that didn’t give me enough information.  If you do know of another one, I’d appreciate it if you could point me to it.
