Tv order why the site is not giving me my updates on my delivery?

I just bought a 55 4K tv and waiting for delivery , but can’t get a straight answer from the site or customer service ? Not happy at all also why can’t I have the info on who is bringing the TV to us ?

ps not happy and might not buy anything from hsn . Unless this issue gets fixed ASAP .

I think a lot of sites are just bogged down with all the packages that are shipping due to all the shopping.I have been unable to track a couple of things like I normally would.A Priority Mail 2-Day package hasn’t updated for over 2 days for example.Should have been delivered today but it wasn’t.I have come to expect shipping delays during Black Friday and Cyber Monday shopping times.

I agree with that ,but I was told it shipped but no one can give me any other info .

No worries, the mail is all messed up right now, probably because its the overwhelming time of year. according to the tracking with me i already received my package? no i didnt. to make a long story short i finally got it! and hsn was nice enough to send me another one while they were doing an investigation. but mine wasn’t as expensive as a tv. it was a pair of jeans. so i called them and told them i had received it finally,
btw/ i love these jeans:)
and i will be sending the ones back that they sent me:) thank you hsn!:)
