Please Please dont buy this or any phone or their service it started out fine but by my last payment Tracphone just wants your money and no service what a big mistake.I needed extra mbs and i had to purchase a card cause i went over my 3 months of mbs purchased it for $15 which is 700 mbs. Then i purchased my tripe minutes which cost me $17.99 no problem but they didnt give me my 180mbs i have been calling them and so many different excuses. Please dont mess with Tracphone not a good company stay away. HSN stop selling Tracphone not a good company at all

Going to check out QVC.. hopefully they dont deal with tracphone service.

I’m sorry you had a bad experience with Tracphone honeybunns16. I know this doesn’t help you but we’ve been using them for years and have had good customer service and also got service in rural areas where others couldn’t. I do hope you find a phone that meets your needs. Boy, cell phones can be frustrating! I did buy the one on a TS from HSN a few months back that he likes. Have you tried posting on their facebook page for help? Can’t remember if I’ve ever done this with our other tracphones.
