I haven’t been able to get my balance for the last week every time I try it tells me it can’t go to that page or the call and there aren’t there when you call.

Save *777*1# to your contacts. It will give you your balances. The “My Account” app will sometimes give you that information. Sometime the app wants you to log in, which I never do. It will, however, give you your expiration date without logging in.
