Tracfone Activation Review
I think this review will be the same for any of the tracfones…. treasure, sunset etc. I called the number on the blue card and after having to go through a few screens it let me talk to a live person. I talked to them via my house phone as if i called the number on the blue card it said something about “emergency only”. On the menu’s i said tech support. it asked for a phone number. i said i didn’t have one. it then put me on the waiting list for a tech person. The lady asked me for the serial number that was on the red card which i gave her. she asked for my email address which i gave. she also wanted a 4 number pin number as it might be needed sometime. i gave her one i could remember. she finally told me my phone now had 1350 minutes, 1350 texts and 1350 data. I didn’t transfer my number from my current carrier. i’ll do that with my Treasure phone. this was done on my sunset phone. she told me to turn the phone off and back on which i did and she told me to make a call. i did that and it worked fine. She was real nice and answered some other questions i had and i downloaded the tracfone app from the playstore so i would know how much was left on my phone. You can also dial *777*# to get the same info.
It was really easy to do so anyone could do it. i’m a 1st time tracfone user so i didn’t have to do any number or transfer stuff.
If you are a verizon customer and transferring your number to tracfone you need to call verizon and they will give you the info you need to transfer it to tracfone.
I hope this helps anyone who is interested.
Have a great day !!
