Sound Issues with GoVision 1080p HD Video-Capture Water-Resistant Sunglasses

I just bought 2 pair and after fully charging them both, tried them both out and although video quality is good, they output virtually no sound. Anybody else experiencing this?

I have watched the advertisement there was nothing said about the problem you are having. Do you have a customer service number to call? It could be a setting that is off.

? That’s not right! Hopefully it is a setting, like JShine suggested. If they’re defective though, u might wanna contact customer service and get an exchange or refund set up! I have received multiple defective items shopping at HSN, among the fab items, of course.

?, the instructions say, “In order to ensure good sound quality, make sure you do not block the microphone.” Is there any kind of protective plastic covering the microphone? Sometimes new electronics have that.
