Samsung track phone.

I know very little about the Track Phones, except that I lost all of my “life-time” minutes, because they were not honored by Track Phone. When I called HSN, they denied any responsibility and referred me back to Track Phone. The end result was that HSN referred me to Track Phone and Track Phone referred me to HSN. I purchased my phone over 2-years ago, but according to HSN’s promotion my minutes should be good for a life-time. I’m here to say that is not the case, and before you buy this phone, you should know that.
