Samsung Galaxy E5 cell phone – where is the multi-window feature??
Just received the Tracfone Samsung Galaxy E5 from HSN, and cannot find the multi-window feature so as to activate it. I’ve watched countless videos and they all mention the E5 having this feature, but they were showing the KitKat version and the settings appear different. This particular phone comes with the Lollipop 5.0.2 upgrade built in already, but nowhere in any of the settings can I find where to activate this multi-window feature. This could very well be a deal-breaker if its not available on this device. Otherwise, I love the phone. The battery life is exceptional, and the 5" screen is wonderful.
Can anyone help?

Take them according to the directions. If you take a days worth at one time of certain supplements, your body will not absorb all of them.

Jax3167, sometimes I take all of mine at once and sometimes I split them into 2 piles-one for now, and one for later. It just all depends upon how lazy I am that day. lol! But if you’re worried about interactions between different vitamins, there is a Vitmain Calculator on the ProCaps website! Hope that helps! :smileyhappy:

I wish Dr. Lessman would address this question on air. I also take the Secure but also take thyroid medicine and wonder if I should be taking the Secure because of the Soy? I know I could call their hotline but I wish he would answer some of these questions on air. I am sure he doesn’t address it because of the liability as "we are suppose to be checking with our own doctor". I take a lot of his vitamins and wonder if I am taking to many. I take all the ones you mentioned above plus his daily vitamin as well as drinking my Secure. I wonder if I take to much.

JAX3167–
I tame my vitamine’s twice a day….Morning and night- The night intake are the ones I feel to be more important. It is said cell’s reproduce with sleep. I just figure I will help them reproduce a little so if it be 6-7-8-10 hours of sleep I feel this is the time to take the most important vit’s.
I take my Collagen, and C-D as well in the am, after my workout and protien drink—I again do not have any problems with this rout plus My Dr. says it is fine- BB

Take CoQ10 early in the day or you will stay awake all night! :smileyhappy:

Good post!
I too wonder about taking vitamins.
What should I take at night (to help with leg pain or cramps or restless legs or just a good nights sleep)?
What should I take earlier in the day so as to not interfere with sleep later on and will give me a burst of energy?
These should be on the bottles as to what time of day is best to take them along with a note if they will interfere with any particular medication such as thyroid.
For this very reason I buy these vitamins then don’t take them and end up throwing them away later on and it makes sense your system cannot absorb a lot at one time.
Thanks for the question Jax3167!

BeautyBoy, yes I have graduated down from Ambien during chemo/radiation to Night Time to Melatonin and I wouldn’t be without them…I literally could not sleep at all without them and Ambien is just too dangerous per my Med Onc Dr.
Someone, a doctor on some show, said to take Vit D (I think but not sure) at night to help with leg pain which is what I have from a previously injured knee but not to take Vit B-12 (I think but not sure) at night and this was a sleep doc on the Kelly and Michael show.
Wish there were notations on the bottles for us as how many of us will call ProCaps Labs and just who would answer those questions responsibly?
It would be so easy Andrew to place an am or pm next to the dosage on the bottle…as well as a flash alert if it would cause a reaction with a certain med.
I don’t think that would be practicing medicine on his behalf or hsn behalf especially if it came from one of the reputable places he describes in his presentations…
LISTENING ANDREW???

starmike, don’t know if you’ll see this because I’m late in reading this thread. I agree that you would probably be better off with a different dr. I can see her not having an answer at her fingertips, but she should get back to you with one. Also there might be a reason why it’s so easy to make an appointment.
Did want to mention some info regarding your thyroid medication. You should not take any other medication or supplement 1 hour before or 2 hrs after taking throid med. Check this out on some reliable web sites. I’ve even seen hospitals not follow this and had to have them consult someone else so that the med would be properly given. So don’t take my word–I am not in the medical field. But do check it out. Even your pharmacist should be providing you this info on the printout that you get with your prescription. The pharmacists are often a better source of drug contraindications and drug interactions than many doctors. Check with them.

Colleen Lopez takes quite a few AL supplements. She shared her regimen in her HSN blog post of 4/24/13 callled "Colleen’s Daily Dose." Maybe a Manager will link this so you can click and go to it.
She doesn’t say why she divides them up the way she does. But maybe it’ll be helpful to you as a guide.

I know Collen takes a lot of AL’s vitamins because she has joked about it; but so do I and I am reaping the benefits.
If anyone is interested you can do a search of her regime by typing in "Collen’s Daily Dose" in the subject line of the HSN Community page at the top. I couldn’t print or copy paste for some reason so I just wrote it down. I take all my vitamins during the day but she groups her depending on the type of vitamin and takes most of them in the morning, then at lunch and even less at dinner. I am going to try this over the weekend.

Hi , I found some information for activating the phone for you:
Go to Tracfone.com or call 1-800-867-7183 to Activate your service. Be ready to prove the following:*Service Plan PIN. You may also purchase one during Activation using a credit or debit card.*Serial Number or MEID DEC for this device (shown on the red “Start Here” card included with the device). -
Go to settings, select Device and you will see Multi Windows. You can also activate this from the pull down screen/menu.
