Samsung 55" 4k cuve tv

Very dissapointed in the entire process. Got the tv last week for my family for xmas.  Watched it 3 times now it wont even power up.  Samsung representative states it is an internal problem, I could have it fixed but why! Its a week old.  HSN really great about the return, however they dont have the same tv. They will refund, at some point but in the mean time I have no more extra money for another TV nor do my children have a chrsitmas gift or any TV for the holiday, this was their one big gift.  I guess you can never tell when you are going to get a lemon, but this will be the worst christmas ever..so sad. Hope no one else has this problem with their samsung.
