I was wondering if i got the Roku is there a charge for updates? or how does it update

Once you purchase Roku, it updates automatically free of charge. The only other charges is if you decide to rent or buy a movie on Roku, or if you purchase some Premium channels such as HBO, Showtime. If you already have cable subsciptions for Premium channels, then you can just convert in over to Roku. So much TV and movies are Free on Roku. You will enjoy it. I do.
