I have an LG Tracfone, but not that particular model.

My phone does have a notification sound when I receive a text.

For some reason, the last three times I’ve returned packages using the VIP Easy Returns, my package as stayed at my local post office for 2 weeks. I’d be checking the return status and notice it just sitting at the Post office. I’ve had to contact HSN each time for it to finally be released from the post office. What would happen if I did not keep up on it? This did not happen before I used the VIP Easy Return.

southernlights, I don’t think this was a holiday promotion.  This is a perk of using the HSN card.  I just wish they would extend it to the HSN MasterCard, too.  I don’t return enough to justify the ding to my credit report for a new store card.

SOUTHERNLIGHTS—I am not usualy one who returns yet this was a great offer/perk that HSN allows.

I love this new benefit and wish they continued it through out the year.  With this perk, I bought more and spent more.  If I was undecided, I went ahead and ordered because of the VIP Easy Return.  I bought 50+ items over the holidays and returned 3 different items (7 total quantity).  Items I wouldn’t have normally bought, but willing to take the chance because of VIP Easy Return.  With the exception of the 3 different items I returned, I loved everything else I bought for myself or for gifts.  Please HSN, consider making this a year round policy or an annual event starting September 1st. for us early Christmas shoppers. 

Yes , lot more perks. I finially got one because they give an extra flex pay on most items

my question is I returned 2 items & they were both elibile for VIP return however I just checked my Spendable Kash & it says -0-. I don’t recall any emails stating I had Spendale cash so I am alittle confused.

where to I find the return shipping fee on the 2 items I returned? I returned Carol Brodie handbag & Curations Caravan dress.

just looked again – no spendale cash credit even though both items qualified for VIP returns.

I am not interested in the HSN Credit Card…I purchase everything that I buy with my Debit Card. I have very few returns…and I stay away from designers that have sizing, quality and fit issues. Once I purchase a brand and have to return it…I do not make another purchase from them unless they have a very compelling story. I operate my life on a cash basis…so the HSN Credit Card is not attractive…it sounds to much like trap to me. Beside….too many returns will only result in a problem that HSN will not allow.

Just recently got my HSN card and love it! The spendable cash on your returns makes it easier to send things back, esp for another size etc! I am always having this issue with Diane Gilman, lol! Also LOVE having more flex pays! LOVE HSN! I was a former QVC addict since 1987…no more! High $$ shipping, slow shipping and high prices! No coupons and their sales are a joke! I have only purchased 2 things in the last couple of years~

I certainly would never enourage anyone to carry debt on a credit card, but I like the sound of this card. I’ve often wondered with the purchases and returns I make each month, just how much am I actually spending at HSN. Getting my money back on shipping is a win for me! I’m a responsible credit card holder and pay off each month the three that I use. I’m sure my hubby would poo-poo this, but I think I’m going to do it. Maybe not all purchases, but most. Our main credit card I do get cash back and would miss out on that, but like I said, I wouldn’t use the HSN card for ALL purchases.

Is the entire purchase price credited as spendable cash?  What do they mean when they say "An amount equal to the Easy Return charge will be credited to your account as Spendable KA$H to use on your next HSN purchase."  This is confusing for me.  HSN can you please clarify?  Do you mean the amount of money that will cost me to return the item will be given as spendable cash and the original purchase price and shipping cost will be credited back to the credit card?  That sounds too good to be true. 

While I appreciate the new VIP Easy Return option, I’m going to pass on an HSN credit card for now.  I receive cash back from my crfedit card for all purchases.  Plus I know I would just end up spending more in the long run.  The return shipping credit is a great perk if you already have the card but in my case it’s not a big enough incentive to apply for the HSN card.  Don’t want the ding to my credit report. 

I rather have my cash back.
