Protis Multimedia DVD Recorder

Hi, I received my first product from HSN and cannot figure out how to use it. Is there any help out there? The vhs videos do not play on the Protis screen. What am I doing wrong? Please help.

….I see what you mean now, I just tried mine . I don’t think we can copy from VHS

our VCR tapes on this machine. It copies everything else, it seems but not our tapes.

I tried to contact the company but they don’t have any customer service and the email that is listed on our warranty, does not exist, as far as being able to access it.

I guess I will be returning this to HSN.

I just received mine….have not done anything with it yet. I read the reviews they helped me, Also went to their site. Also reread the instruction booklet carefully, I think I’m ready to try it now.
