Sorry 2infinity wish I could help you out but I would never purchase any thing like that from HSN. 

Will it only took a bit more than 2weeks to get this.  They say they wont deliver to a PO Box… oh it is suppose to come to my door??!!  What a joke   They put it in a box in the middle of no where Postal worker doesnt go to the door with these packages.  They send it surepost, which means it goes most of the way via UPS and then turned over to the Post office for delivery.. That is my first complaint.

Now it is here, it was flipping on its own. Not sure if that will continue.  Then it shuts down when it wants.  I changed the setting to not shut off until 30 minutes of non use but it did it again.  There were no instructions as to how to remove the keyboard from the tablet.  Fought to figure that out.  ok it was easy once I knew how.

The battery life seems to die very quickly!!  Going to keep a watch on it and time it.  Did not come with removeable memory.  Good thing I had a new 32 memory on hand.  Never thought about it.  Things always come with something, this one did not.  Checked on line as to what comes in the box, no mention of a removal SD card.  Putting review here because online it wont let you put everything or change it.  Hope this helps others.

Thank you for that info but I am well aware of how that works.  However HSN puts it into packing almost immediately so you can not cancel.  It is still in packing and that is now several days ago.  So it is anyones guess when it will get shipped out.  I did notice there were several items that were being sold for the same or more than the stores had it.  Usually you get something extra with Shopping channels but not lately.  I also saw where the presentation was like you missed the price which was not true either.  If you went on line the products were still there at the great limited price.  I think this is horrible.  However I was told if I purchase more memory that should solve the problem that others have not done this.  So if and when it ever comes I will do this.

I don’t know if you know this, but, you can Cancel an Order before Midnight Eastern Time. Go into your ‘Order Status’ and if it says ‘Cancel this Order’, you’re home free. If it says, ‘Processing’ or ‘Packaging’, you’re too late. You’ll have to return it after you get it.
