Phone order…..
I ordered a Samsung phone on Friday and it is still in packaging? Is there not a way to know the exact day of delivery? And does someone have to be here to sign for it?

Okay! Thank you so much. Its just frustrating because it says 3-7 days but the estimated delivery date is 10 days after I ordered.

Not til it gets to the tracking stage, but even then I never know for sure. I have never had to sign for an HSN order before. U should ask this on the Help forum. Maybe a CSR can look at it for u.
