Ordered cancelled without me actually canceling?!?

Has anyone had the issue of an order being cancelled without you canceling it? I just had that happen to me and I signed up for flex pay on an iPad mini 2 and it even withdrawaled the money from my bank. I got a confirmation email and then another shortly after saying it had been canceled. And of course customer service is closed.
