order stuck in packaging status

Hello , because this item is shipping to you directly from our partner and not our own warehouse there can be a delay in the shipping information updating in our system. Most likely the item has already shipped out to you. I do see it was supposed to arrive to you today and I’m very sorry it did not. I have placed a note on the order allowing you to get a refund for the full shipping charges. Once the order is updated in our system please reach out to us to have the refund issued. I just got a tracking number for this order. It says my package was ready for ups on 12/17 shipping overnight air. That was on the 17th! No updates. It doesn’t even show that ups ever picked it up. So where the hell is it! So glad I paid extra for it to get here fast
