Not getting anywhere with Tracfone CS, I need help with my minutes I was supposedto receive
I purchased the Tracfone Sunset LG White Blk. I was transferring my old tracfone number and minutes to this phone. I activated online. Old phone number and minutes transferred fine. However, I have not received any minutes on my new phone. I was supposed to receive 1350 minutes/1350 texts/1350 data min. I received nothing. I have spoken to CS at Tracfone twice and they stated when I activated I was supposed to get a code. No code came up. I called back a 2nd time and was told I had to call HSN for the minutes. I called tracfone at 1-800-816-0663 and they won’t help. They say it is HSN’s problem not theirs. HSN, I trusted this to work. I expect you to get the minutes added for me. I am beyond frustrated. It shouldn’t be this difficult. I did buy 2 phones. The other phone’s minutes activated and transferred fine, this one did not! I did the exact same thing on both. HELP!

HELP! It is still not working and I called the number you suggested. It asked to enter my order number off my packing slip along with my zip code and it stated order not found. Really? Then why was I charged $89.95. I want my minutes that I am supposed to receive. Please advise.
